Things are finally picking up . We are receiving more requests for visits. Now we are in great need of volunteers! The minimum requirement is one visit at least every two weeks, per TLK Friend. A volunteer should plan on an hour visit, but it doesn't always last that long. It all depends on the TLK Friend and their wishes.
Visiting could include playing a game, working on a puzzle or anything the TLK Friend would enjoy, if possible. The whole purpose is to lift up our TLK Friends' to make their lives a little brighter and give them something to look forward to, since many don't get regular visitors. I can't emphasize enough how much of a difference it makes to them! For me, visiting lifts me up, as well. I enjoy the time I spend with my TLK friends.
